Unfortunately, we can't give any refunds after the topup-code has been delivered to you.

Normally you will receive your code within minutes after your payment. But occasionally a slight delay in the delivery of the text message might occur. Please contact the helpdesk if the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes.

Questions during office hours will normally be answered the same day.
Questions arriving during evenings or weekends will normally be answered before 10:00 the following workday.
